Charitable Trusts Visual Guide - Mental Health Links

Useful websites to improve health, mood and independence

The information below seeks to help individuals that are worried or anxious get support. There is a support website for students, help for medical issues, help for mental health issues, support for those with alcohol and drug problems.

There is also support for those with learning disabilities, such as Autism and Downs Syndrome as well as for those that have mobility issues. There is also support for victims of bullying and domestic abuse as well as support for those affected by eating disorders, sexual health and those that have been bereaved by suicide.

For those held in custody such as prison, the experience of being detained can be frustrating. It is better — safer — to talk or write to let let off steam and release bottled up emotion, overcome anguish. These links can help.
